This warranty does not cover normal sauna maintenance (such as cleaning or staining); please refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance requirements. This warranty excludes misuse and carelessness, and the manufacturer and related retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the goods. This is a parts-only guarantee, therefore any service or labor fees will not be covered under the 5-year warranty.
