Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation Policy:
Orders placed with Senior Eases may be canceled before shipment from the warehouse. Once an order has been assigned tracking information, cancellation is not possible. Instead, refer to the return process detailed below.
Product Quality Guarantee:
Senior Eases collaborates with each customer to ensure products meet pristine standards. Should your item incur damage during transit, we will file a claim on your behalf and provide a replacement or full refund. This guarantee extends to any faults or malfunctions post-assembly and initial use, with manufacturer warranties covering labor, parts, and replacements as needed.
30-Day General Return Policy:
Returns due to buyer's remorse are evaluated individually. To qualify for a return, initiate the process within 30 days of delivery, ensuring the item remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping and a 25% restocking fee. Please note that purchases of any custom-made items (e.g., Afikim, Dundalk LeisureCraft) are final and non-refundable.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, email support@senioreases.com with your order number, date of delivery, and reason for return. If the item meets return criteria, we will provide a shipping quote for your payment. Upon receipt of payment, we will issue a return label, and you will be responsible for preparing the item for shipment. After inspecting the returned item, we will refund your original payment method. Please be aware that incomplete or non-pristine returns may receive partial credit at the manufacturer's discretion.
Damages:
Upon delivery, thoroughly inspect the package for damage or missing items. Note any issues when signing the Bill of Lading for freight deliveries or report them to the ground shipping carrier within seven days. Capture photos and videos of damages and email them to support@senioreases.com. We will then process an insurance claim with the manufacturer. For assistance, call 888-442-33-59.
Refunds:
We'll email you once we receive and inspect the merchandise you sent back. Within seven business days, we'll return the credit card or payment method you used. Recall that banks and credit cards may occasionally take some time to display the refund. Send us an email at support@senioreases.com if you haven't received your refund after we promised to give it to you after more than 10 business days.
