What if my product is damaged?
Upon receiving your item(s), please examine the packaging for any signs of damage, including damage to the box. If damage is observed, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. In the event that you cannot inspect the package upon delivery but suspect damage, indicate "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please email photos to support@senioreases.com, and we will promptly facilitate a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
