LeisureCraft Inc.'s Baltic Plunge Cold Tub is assured against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for five (5) years, as applicable, from the date of purchase of the goods. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover routine required maintenance (such as cleaning or staining); please refer to your assembly manual for maintenance instructions. This warranty excludes misuse and carelessness, and the manufacturer and related retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the goods. This is a parts-only guarantee, therefore any service or labor fees will not be covered under the 5-year warranty.
