Hot Tubs are assured against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for five (5) years, whichever is applicable, from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover normal sauna maintenance (such as cleaning or staining); please refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance requirements. This warranty excludes misuse and carelessness, and the manufacturer and related retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the goods. This guarantee is a parts-only warranty, and any service or labor fees would not be considered part of the five-year warranty.
This guarantee does not cover burned or melted hot tub heaters caused by starting a fire without water in the heater and hot tub. DO NOT kindle a fire in the heater until the heater and tub are both full of water.
