This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover normal sauna maintenance (such as cleaning or staining); please refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance requirements. This warranty excludes misuse and carelessness, and the manufacturer and related retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the goods. This guarantee is a parts-only warranty, and any service or labor fees would not be considered part of the 5-year warranty.
