Power Wheelchair Warranty Terms and Conditions

The guarantee is valid for one year after the date of purchase and covers flaws or premature failure of the following components: batteries, tires, wheels, frame, motors, controller, and cushions.

Coverage:

1. Battery: This warranty covers flaws or premature failure of the power wheelchair's battery within the stated 1-year period. The warranty does not cover regular wear and tear or misuse of the battery.
2. Tires and wheels: This guarantee covers defects or premature failure of the tires and wheels. Damages caused by punctures, cuts, or excessive wear due to usage are not covered.
3. Frame: The warranty covers structural flaws in the power wheelchair's frame. It does not cover damages resulting from negligence, accidents, or intentional harm.
4. Motors and Controller: This warranty covers defects or premature failures of the motors and controller. Any harm caused by neglect, accidents, or intentional acts is excluded.
   
5. Cushions: This guarantee covers flaws or premature failure of wheelchair cushions within a one-year period. Damages caused by negligence, accidents, or misuse are not covered.
   

Exclusions: This warranty excludes damages, faults, or premature failure caused by the following:

• Neglect, abuse, or misuse of a power wheelchair.
• Accidents, crashes, or any type of impact.
• Inflicted damage, intentional harm, or unauthorized product alterations.
• Water immersion (not only rain, wet driving, or splashes)
