Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. warranties our Tiki Bars against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of five (5) years, as applicable, from the date the product is received by the original end-user consumer. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover the Tiki Bar's regular maintenance; please refer to your assembly manual for maintenance requirements. This warranty excludes misuse and carelessness, and the manufacturer and related retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the goods. This is a parts-only guarantee, therefore any service or labor fees will not be covered under the 5-year warranty.
